Product Acceptance Guidelines

All products submitted to TestStrips Central must be factory-sealed and free from any form of damage. “Damage” includes, but is not limited to, torn packaging, crushed boxes, dents, stains, scratches, ink marks, water damage, or any signs of tampering.

We only accept items that meet our expiration date policy. Expired products are not eligible for purchase. Refer to our current pricing list for accepted expiration timeframes.

Products must be sent in their original, unopened manufacturer packaging with all included components intact. Items that appear altered, repackaged, or tampered with in any way will be rejected.

Prescription labels should remain on the packaging. TestStrips Central will handle the safe removal and secure disposal of any labels to protect your privacy. Attempting to peel off labels yourself may result in box damage, which can disqualify your items.

Only items listed on the official price list are eligible for purchase. Unlisted products will not be accepted under any circumstance.

Shipping Standards

Sellers are responsible for ensuring items are properly packed and protected for transit. Any products damaged due to poor packaging will be rejected. Use a strong, secure box when shipping supplies.

Ownership Verification

By sending items to TestStrips Central, you affirm that:

  • You are the lawful owner of the items or have been authorized to sell them.

  • You did not receive these supplies through Medicare, Medicaid, insurance coverage, or any unlawful source.

  • You are not violating any federal, state, or local laws in selling these items.

  • Your transaction with TestStrips Central does not conflict with any regulations relating to healthcare, anti-money laundering, or anti-terrorism compliance.

Our Rights

TestStrips Central reserves the right to update product pricing at any time, with or without prior notice.

We are not responsible for covering PayPal’s 2.9% Goods & Services transaction fee or any additional third-party payment processor fees. These costs may be deducted from your total payment.

Return Policy

If your shipment does not meet our quality or eligibility requirements, it will not be processed for payment. If you wish to have your items returned, you must contact us at support within a reasonable timeframe. Return shipping is the sole responsibility of the customer.

Limitation of Liability

TestStrips Central is not liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, exemplary, or special damages resulting from this agreement—whether foreseeable or not.
