  • Yes, it’s legal to sell most over-the-counter diabetic supplies such as test strips, lancets, and CGMs. These items are commonly available at pharmacies with or without a prescription. However, items provided through Medicare or Medicaid including some Dexcom and other CGM products labeled “DME Beneficiaries” or “Government Payee” cannot legally be resold. These are typically marked with a red line or similar indicators. We cannot and will not purchase government-issued supplies.

  • Not at all. There’s no hidden agenda. We run a legitimate business that buys unused diabetic supplies and resells them at affordable prices. Transparency and integrity are core to our operations if we weren’t honest, we wouldn’t have repeat customers or a reliable reputation. We only stay in business by doing right by the people we work with.

  • We only buy the items listed on our official pricing guide. Everything must be factory-sealed, in excellent condition, and meet our minimum expiration date requirements. Please do not send items that are not on our list.

  • We define damage as anything that compromises the condition of the packaging. This includes crushed boxes, tears, stains, fading, scratches, or open seals. We only accept products in mint condition, and any damaged items will not qualify for payment.

  • Payment is made after we receive and inspect your shipment to confirm it meets all our criteria. Boxes must be factory-sealed, listed on our pricing sheet, within expiration guidelines, and in perfect condition. If anything falls short, we reserve the right to reject the shipment. If everything checks out, you’ll be paid promptly via your selected method.

  • No need. Please leave the labels as they are. Trying to peel them off could damage the box, which may disqualify it. Once we receive your items, we’ll professionally remove and shred the labels to protect your privacy. If the label was removed but the box remains undamaged, we can still accept it.

  • Yes, if the items you send are in perfect condition, factory-sealed, fall within the required expiration window, and appear on our price list. All shipments are reviewed, and if anything doesn’t meet the guidelines, we’ll notify you. We avoid denying payments whenever possible, so please double-check everything before shipping.

  • Once you request a label or shipping kit, we’ll send it to you free of charge. Use a sturdy box, yours or ours and package everything securely to prevent damage during transit. Then, drop it off at any USPS location. Shipping costs are covered by us.

  • Even if the items inside haven’t been touched, there’s no way to verify their safety if the seal is broken. For everyone’s protection, we can only accept unopened, untampered boxes.

  • If it’s been over 90 days since you received a shipping label from us and haven’t used it, we ask that you fill out a new request form on our site to receive a fresh label.
